When American Airlines switched its affinity credit card to Citibank and Mastercard, our staff was responsible for targeting business travelers and touting the 100,000-mile sign-up bonus, in addition to the unlimited lounge access and dozens of other card perks. During the four-month program, we were responsible for placing and managing nearly (100) brand ambassadors beyond TSA Security check-points at more than (25) major airports.  The award-winning campaign established record applications and a successful launch of the card.
