First and foremost, thank you for your interest in Assist Marketing! We're very excited that you would like to join our team. Please take a moment to log into the Assist Marketing Staff Portal to create a profile and upload the required information.
Proper registration in this database is MANDATORY for all staff wanting to work with us. If you are not getting booked with us for gigs, this is likely the reason. This only takes a few minutes and is not something you will have to constantly update like many other sites. Upload your resume/photos and pick the cities you want to work in. You can log back into the database at any time and view all of the events that we are currently looking for, as well as make any changes to your profile. Once you're registered and have your preferred work areas selected, you'll also get automated emails notifying you when we are hiring in your area.
Info
Verify that all of your information is complete. When we are staffing for an event, completed profiles will be considered as candidates first.
Photos
Please make sure that these are quality, tasteful photos that can be shared with our clients. Filtered and Snapchat photos are highly discouraged, and will negatively affect your chances of getting hired. The images that you upload here are a direct representation of you. Professional photos are not required as many candid pictures are more than fine. Please make sure your photos are clear, focused, and avoid group photos to maximize your chances of being booked. We just want to show our clients your smiling faces and why you are the best candidate to represent their brand.
Experience
Upload your current resume so we can see your promotional experience and level of expertise in the industry. If you're new to the industry, then a normal resume is more than sufficient.
Work Areas
The market(s)/work areas that you select here will be the only ones you see on your calendar and receive email notifications for. Click the 'Work Area' link on the left side of the screen and select all areas that you would like to work in.
Calendar
Now click back on the Calendar tab in the top left hand side of the screen to review the events that are available in your area, and apply away! The calendar is updated with new events daily.
Contact Information
Please verify your contact information is all complete. We need a current phone number, email, and address in our system for you. Please remember to login and update your profile if any of these items change.
